As a college student I don’t normally recommend a workout guide and meal plan to my friends because I think we all have more practical things to spend our money on.
So I’m not here to tell you to go spend some money but I am recommending you follow a personal trainer on Instagram & Twitter.

I do not have her workout or nutrition guides. I do get the occasional email of a quick, free BBG workout but that is all. And yet she changed my life two years ago.
I no longer go to a gym to do 30 minutes of cardio and then get distracted on my phone. I no longer have cheat days. I cut certain foods (specifically bad for my health) out of my diet completely. And I no longer believe that every woman with a body better than mine should make me feel bad about myself!
Because of Kayla I am more motivated to work for progress and genuine results. Because of Kayla I stopped hoping that eating next to nothing each day would give me the body I wanted. Because of Kayla I realized that showing support for women who are also fighting for a healthy lifestyle makes all the difference!
